Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle provides a variety of times, locations, and fares to meet our customers’ needs.

Qualifications for fare types listed below are as follows:

  • Adult: 16-59 years of age
  • Military: Active-duty, Dependent, or Retired
  • Senior: 60 years of age or more
  • Youth: 15 years of age or less

Additional Information

  • On Island service from any of our scheduled stops to another scheduled stop is $20.00 each way. Passengers embarking or disembarking at the Clinton Ferry should expect to do so during the ferry crossing. Additional charges may apply as permitted by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission.
  • A National Security fee of $5.00 per person will apply when traveling between a federal reservation or military installation with security protocols in effect.
  • Late booking fees of $2.00 will apply for reservations made within 24 hours of travel.

Important Information

  • Advance reservations are required for all travel. All routes listed are subject to change depending passenger travel. We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days with limited service on New Year’s Day and Easter. Please contact us for more information.
  • Please allow adequate travel time to and from Paine Field and SeaTac Airports. Plan ahead-trip times are based on average traffic conditions and may be increased due to weather, heavy traffic or unforeseen road conditions.
  • Storm Operations are in effect when inclement weather is present. Safety is our number one priority. Please call our office to request an earlier shuttle during rainy and winter seasons; this will ensure you arrive on time. Operations may be adjusted to allow for safer travel times- should this happen we may contact you by phone or email informing you of the schedule change due to weather conditions. On the rare occasion roads become impassable, or if requested by law enforcement, services may be cancelled or delayed until we can operate safely.
