Booking and reservations
Book airport shuttle seats online. Use Manage Reservation for existing shuttle reservations. For help, call 360.679.4003.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation fee is $15.00 per person per leg. Call immediately if travel changes within 24 hours.
Stops and parking
Use Shuttle Stop Locations to confirm where you board, where parking is available, and what landmarks to look for.
SeaTac pickup
Pickup is on baggage claim level, across from carousel 2, through Door 2 or Door 0 near the Airporters sign.
Weather and ferry delays
Conditions can change fast. We may adjust timing for safety and will post major alerts on Updates.

For private vehicles, custom routes, weddings, events, or group trips, email charters@seatacshuttle.com or request a charter online.
