We would like to talk with you…

We provide CDL/passenger endorsement training to make you one of the safest drivers on the road.

Base requirements include:

  • +25 years of age
  • Must hold a current Washington state driver’s license
  • Able to obtain a CDL/Class C/P2 endorsement (We provide on-site professional training!)
  • Able to pass DOT drug test/medical and background check
  • Possess excellent customer service skills

Compensation:

Compensation package includes hourly wages & AFLAC benefits, fantastic tips (if you do the job right), company bonuses based on performance, and vacation/sick leave

CSR-to-Dispatcher Wanted

We would like to talk with you…

We provide an in-house training program that meets transportation industry customer service standards. The applicant will first become a fully qualified Customer Service Representative (CSR) and then trains to become a qualified Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle Dispatcher.  We adhere to a “crawl, walk, run …. training methodology!”

Base Requirements include:

  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to switch tasks rapidly
  • Adaptable to ever changing situations- to include passenger traveling circumstances.
  • Excellent phone and in-person customer service skills
  • Radio and traffic operations with Drivers.
  • Experienced in Microsoft (Excel & Word) programs including preparing and editing email correspondence.
