Door two is located on the Arrival Level (Lower Level) just past Baggage Claim #1.  Directly outside to your left you will see an Airporter sign  where we pick-up passengers. (beginning Jan. 4, 2023 construction will resume outside door 2, please call the office for assistance in finding the shuttle bus)

No, we do not, however you can unload at the Oak Harbor stop and take a local taxi to the Lodge.

Parking is provided at three of our Whidbey Island stops including Oak Harbor, Bayview, Langley/Ken’s Korner, and there is a daily parking service fee.

We unload at two locations on the SeaTac Departure level, in front of door 23 and 13. Both stops are centrally located between many of the major airlines.

We drop off at the Ground Transportation Center. We pick up at the curbside closest to the Ground Transportation Center.

Reservations & Fares FAQS

Shuttle services may be booked at www.seatacshuttle.com or by calling 360-679-4003 or 877-679-4003 (Toll Free) and speaking with a customer service representative.

Included in your reservation is one personal item (purse, backpack, laptop, briefcase), one carry-on (airline overhead size), and one airline checked bag for each passenger.  For each additional piece of baggage there is $5.00 fee for each additional bag. Please see our reservations page for additional pricing. 

Yes, there are a number of discount options available including: Youth fare (under 15 years of age); Military (Active, Retired and Dependent) and Senior (60 years or older); and same day round-trip discount rates.

There is a $10.00 cancellation fee per person until 24-hours prior to departure and cancelling within 24-hours of travel is non-refundable. 

Parking is provided at 3 of our Whidbey Island stops: Oak Harbor, Bayview, and Langley/Clinton at Ken’s Korner. There is a daily parking service fee of $3.00 per day starting on the first day of parking and ending on the last day of parking. 

Yes, and information is saved with an encrypted software program.

All related taxes, ferry and airport fees are included the shuttle fare.
A tip may be added at the time of reservation or cash may be given to the driver at the time of travel.
Children under 2 may travel as a lap child or a youth fare may be purchased for the placement of a car seat on the shuttle.

Yes, our pet policy applies to all animals/pets. Pets other than dogs will be transported by prior arrangements at the discretion of the Company.   Pets can travel in a size 200 or smaller carrier on the shuttle and a $10 pet fee is required per direction of travel.  Larger pets may be transported in a pet carrier no larger than size 200 and carried in the baggage compartment. Smaller pets may ride in the passenger compartment in a carrier no larger than size 50. We request all pets remain in their carriers for the safety of the pet and passengers.

Our policy follows the guidelines from The US Dept. of Justice. “ A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or those deices interfere with the service animals’ performance of tasks.

We follow direction from The US Dept. of Justice. “ While Emotional Support animals or comfort animals are often used as a part of a medical treatment, they are not considered service animals under the ADA.” Therefore, the animal must remain in a pet carrier while in the passenger or baggage compartment for the safety of the animal and passengers.

Charter Services FAQS

Charter services include weddings, wine/distillery/brewery tours, sporting events, executive transportation, and senior tours.

Shuttles and Operations FAQS

Our vehicle capacities range from 7 passengers to 24 passengers.

Normally we make 9-11 trips daily to and from both Paine Field and SeaTac airports; however, as a result of COVID-19, this schedule is adjusted to less runs due to declining demand. Check our Schedule for accurate number of runs and times.
