WSSC Operating Hours Update

We are back – providing daily airport shuttle service from 2:00AM-to-10:00PM between Whidbey Island, Paine Field and SeaTac Airports.  October 1, 2020, we launched a new website and reservation system to provide more detailed information to customers and streamline the online reservation process.  We fully understand this will take some adjustment for customers to use from our legacy website – and we are here to assist you! To help customers navigate the new process or make a phone reservation, Customer Service Representatives are available daily from 6:30AM-to-6:30PM, at 360.679.4003.  During off-hours you may leave a voice mail that will be returned by the next business day.  Live Chat and email are also available to reach us.  Our business office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM. During these difficult times of dealing with COVID-19 and transition of our reservation systems, safety and customer service are our priorities.  Our drivers, dispatchers, customer service representatives and management team are always here to assist you and we encourage you to review information on our website or reach out directly to us at any time. Schedule Updates

October 1, 2020 we will be adding early morning shuttle service leaving Oak Harbor at 2:30 am. We will also be suspending our last shuttle from Oak Harbor 5:45 pm and 9:45 pm departure from SeaTac Airport. We hope to bring back this time frame of service in the near future. Paine Field Updates

Paine Field is now part of our route to and from SeaTac Airport. We also have a direct route to/from SeaTac to Paine Field.

SeaTac Updates

We currently board outside Door 2 under the Airporter sign on the baggage claim level.  Our drivers will make an announcement upon arrival at Door 2.

Dear Valued Customers,  Recently, Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle & Charter received “The BEST of Whidbey” for BEST Transportation Company, and BEST Customer Service, attesting to our high standards for providing the most safe, economical and customer-oriented service onWhidbey Island. Thank you for your votes and support! In keeping with our customer service standards, we are notifying you,our loyal customers, of several cost increases imposed on us by both Federal and State legislation:  • First, the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration(FMCSA) created a new CDL Driver Entry Level Training Registration Program, and a FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearing House which enables a secure on line database of all CDL drivers in the nation. These regulations require increased registration and administration costs. • Second, at the state level, Washington State Ferries has increased fares on both vehicles and passengers, and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries increased minimum wages. These increases are impacting the entire transportation industry. While we have employed several internal cost cutting measures, it is necessary for us to implement a fare increase per direction of travel ($2.00 each way) on airport shuttle reservations, effective January 11, 2020. All of us at Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle and Charter greatly appreciate your businessand your understanding, we look forward to serving all your transportation needs now and in the future.
